This feature allows you to put all dining and auxiliary information at the student’s fingertips. Give students easy access to hours and directions, real-time menus, and even highlight feature menu items and combos! Adding this mobile feature will allow students to access dining information from anywhere—whether it’s while walking to class, on the bus, or in the comfort of their own home.
As healthy eating becomes more and more popular on campus, students want to know exactly what they’re eating. Through this feature, students are able to gain access to nutritional breakdowns, dietary filtering, and one click tracking. Through nutritional breakdowns, students can’t see how many calories they’re eating in a day without having to use a third-party app. With dietary filtering, students can simply enter in a dietary concern (i.e. vegan, hallal, or allergy), and your app with provide them with all their food options. Finally, with one click tracking, students are able to track their nutritional info with every meal they order.
Create a direct line of communication between dining services and your happy eaters. The push messaging feature allows you to send personalized and relevant messages to your students/customers based on the collected data analytics. This includes deals, new combos, new food items, extra reward points or urgent news. Push messaging also offers the ability to up-sell by sharing features and suggestions based on the students’ order history. On campus, this also acts as the perfect way for auxiliary services to keep in contact with hungry students without being too invasive. With push messaging, you are also able to send students surveys to collect the necessary data needed to create the perfect student dining experience.
