The user explorer is one of the most important features of the dashboard because it acts as your master list. The user explorer is your directory for every person who has ever registered with your app. In the explorer you can view all profiles. the details of each profile and even make necessary changes like adding credit to a user, deleting/disabling user, and more. It’s a great place to get a quick over view on information like how much users are spending, and at what time they place orders. This info can be sorted chronologically, so you can have a snapshot of the day.
You are also able to easily check status updates on orders. The main columns on the user explorer show the status, on-time, and rating of each order. The status refers to which orders are either processing, complete, or picked up. A “picked up” status only shows as if locations use a barcode scanner during pickup. Having a quick view of the on-time status is also great, as it shows you how staff are performing. If many orders are showing as being completed late, it may require that prep-times are increased in order to meet expectations. The same goes for orders being completed too early – decrease the prep times in order to streamline operations.
THE USER EXPLORER:
- Click Users on the left toolbar.
- Click on Explorer at the top of the screen.
You can access user information by clicking on the desired account profile and then moving over to the section to the right.
