How To: Change the Refund Password

Every time you perform a refund from the merchant tablet, it will require a password. This password can be changed at any time from the dashboard. If you have not yet watched our tutorial on how to perform a refund, click here.


  1. Click Operations on the left toolbar.
  2. Select your desired restaurant location.
  3. Move over to the section to the right and scroll down until you see Update Manager Password.
  4. Key in your new password and click Update.

Once you click update, the new password will automatically be updated on the merchant tablet of that restaurant.
