Every time you perform a refund from the merchant tablet, it will require a password. This password can be changed at any time from the dashboard. If you have not yet watched our tutorial on how to perform a refund, click here.
STEP BY STEP:
- Click Operations on the left toolbar.
- Select your desired restaurant location.
- Move over to the section to the right and scroll down until you see Update Manager Password.
- Key in your new password and click Update.
Once you click update, the new password will automatically be updated on the merchant tablet of that restaurant.
