Oftentimes, promo codes have an expiry date because they are used for special marketing campaigns, or special occasions during the year. In addition, we also always have to account for human error and the possibility that a promo code could be made incorrectly, or at the wrong time. That is what the delete button is for! In this video we are briefly showing you how to easily delete promo codes from the dashboard.
Promo codes are a great tool for many instances. They can be used both to offer points, as well as discounts. The promo codes are also not reliant on food orders; they can be entered at any time. As a result, users don’t have to miss out on special promos in case they may not be placing an order that particular day.
HIDDEN/VISIBLE:
- Click Loyalty on the left toolbar.
- Click on Promo Codes at the top of the screen.
- Select the Promo Code you’d like to delete.
- Move over to the populated section to the right, scroll down to the bottom and click Delete Promo.
Warning: Once a promo code is deleted it can no longer be recovered, so always proceed with caution.
