How To: Email Mobile Order Receipts to Users

Today we’re showing you how to email mobile order receipts to a customer from the dashboard. It’s important to note that users can configure their settings on their app so that mobile order receipts are always emailed to them after an order. Sometimes physical receipts get lost, so it’s great to have the option of virtual ones. For students, it may be important to track expenses. In corporate, they’re handy for tracking and reimbursement of expenses. Nowadays, people may toss their receipt without even looking at it, only to realize they need it later. Virtual order receipts are a great way to avoid


  1. Click Sales on the left tool bar.
  2. Click Explorer at the top of the screen.
  3. Once in Explorer, select your Desired User and move over to the section to the right.
  4. Scroll down and click Email Receipt to Customer.
