Today we’re giving you an overview of the sales window from the Hangry Dashboard. The Sales page is going to allow you to view what we consider to be some of the most important information provided on the dashboard.
Get Key Metrics in Real Time:
- Total Orders
- Average Orders Per Day
- Net Total Revenue (Pre Tax)
- Net Total Revenue (Post Tax)
- First Time Order Percentage
- Reorder the ‘Usual’ Percentage
- Average Food/Service Rating
The sales window also included interactive graphs for Orders By Day, Orders by Hour, and Revenue by Day.
The Order Explorer
The order explorer is key to a successful mobile ordering operation, because it allows you to access any order that flows through your mobile app. With the order explorer, you can find ordering patterns, determine peak dining times, and arrange by virtually anything (order #, location, time, date, status etc). In addition, the search bar allows for easy accessibility with the ability to search any of the columns. For example, if you type in a user’s first and last name, it will bring up all the orders that have been made by that person.
The accounting section will provide you will all the information you need on every single order that goes through the system. In this section you will find a breakdown of transactions, payment information, service fees, tax and more. With this information, you can make informed decisions based on which restaurants are most successful, which have the most transactions, what days are bringing you the most revenue and the list goes on.
In order to view Sales, simply click the Sales Icon in the left tool bar. From here, you are able to hover over each bar graph to get a detailed look at each day.
