Hangry is a customer driven platform and when you launch your Campus Branded App with us, we want to be there with you every step of the way. In order to accomplish this, Hangry offers a dedicated Success Coach.
Your assigned Success Coach will act as a Hangry consultant to not only help you through the onboarding process, but with backend support, marketing initiatives, and continuous training along the way. These little super heroes are here to ensure you are able to provide the ultimate student experience. The following is a list of all their Hangry Super Powers:
Real-Time Menu & Operational Control of Campus Dining
Our success coaches have full-time access to all back-end operations whenever you need a quick change or add-on. Need to change a menu item? Perhaps you’ve run out of bacon, and you’d like to turn that item ‘off’ on your menu. Just let your success coach know and they’ll be happy to make any menu changes on the fly. Although Hangry offers you full access to all menu changes, the success coach is always there to lend a helping hand. Other operational controls would include changing item prices, adding menu items/ingredients, and adding feature items. In addition, the success coach can also help with connectivity issues, hours of operations, location closures and any other technical concerns you might have.
Training
We want to make the on-boarding process as seamless as possible. That is why your dedicated success coach will be there with you every step of the way during training time. Depending on what features you’ve added to your Campus Branded App, Success Coaches are able to train you in the food ordering system, management dashboard tools, and menu operations. Success coaches will train everyone on your team from front-line cooks to the management and marketing team, and as usual, are always available for questions and concerns.
Marketing Initiatives
Once you’ve got your Campus Branded App, the next step is to get the word out. Our Hangry Success coaches are equipped with all the marketing tools you need to increase traffic on your app. These tools include social media campaigns, proper push messaging etiquette, signage/ marketing materials, and brand ambassadors. With our endless bank of marketing tools, our success coaches have all the ideas you’ll need to get students using and loving your app. In addition, our success coaches have full-time access to your Loyalty and Rewards store. They can help with assigning points to items or actions, creating rewards, and sending push messages to your students to always keep them up to date with relevant promotions and offers.
Ultimately, you are in control and our success coaches will be your guide every step of the way. With weekly performance tracking and goal setting, our success coaches are there to ensure you create the ultimate mobile app experience for your students while achieving operational excellence.
