How To: Perform a Refund

When it comes to mobile ordering, or any form of ordering, there is always a time when a refund needs to be made. Hangry has made the ability to perform a refund quick and easy from the dashboard to ensure optimal customer service. There are two ways to perform a refund from the dashboard: searching by order number, and searching by user. 


PERFORM A REFUND BY ORDER NUMBER:

  1. Click Sales on the left toolbar.
  2. Click on Explorer at the top of the screen.
  3. Select your Desired Order Number, or search for it using the search bar the top of the screen.
  4. Click the Order.
  5. Move over the section to the right, scroll down to the bottom, and click Refund.

PERFORM A REFUND BY USER:

  1. Click Users on the left toolbar.
  2. Click on Order History at the top of the screen.
  3. Select your Desired User.
  4. Move over to the middle section and select the Desired Order.
  5. Move over the section to the right, scroll down to the bottom, and click Refund.
