When it comes to mobile ordering, or any form of ordering, there is always a time when a refund needs to be made. Hangry has made the ability to perform a refund quick and easy from the dashboard to ensure optimal customer service. There are two ways to perform a refund from the dashboard: searching by order number, and searching by user.
PERFORM A REFUND BY ORDER NUMBER:
- Click Sales on the left toolbar.
- Click on Explorer at the top of the screen.
- Select your desired order number, or search for it using the search bar the top of the screen.
- Click the order.
- Move over the section to the right, scroll down to the bottom, and click refund.
PERFORM A REFUND BY USER:
- Click Users on the left toolbar.
- Click on Order History at the top of the screen.
- Select your desired user.
- Move over to the middle section and select the desired order.
- Move over the section to the right, scroll down to the bottom, and click refund.
