Through the Hangry dashboard you are able to view this feedback for each individual restaurant. This includes overall ratings for service and food, in addition to rating averages. Feedback is an important part of any service industry, and that’s no different for food on campus or in corporate offices. If people don’t like it, you’ll certainly know. Hangry’s feedback feature allows you to see client feedback in real time, and react quickly. The ideal situation is optimal scores. However, if you’re able to see a lower than expected performance, you can make changes. Not only are ratings shown as a score, but they also show written feedback.
This is just one system put in place to ensure your food service is performing up to your high standards. If you notice that the reviews are coming back negative, you can take steps to mitigate the situation. We also have multiple other options to increase customer satisfaction in the case of negative experiences. Looking over the rating and reviews is an important part of ensuring quality service.
