Every time one of your user’s receives their order, they are able to rate their mobile ordering experience.This includes both the service they received, and their food. Through the Hangry dashboard you are able to view this feedback for each individual restaurant. This includes overall ratings for service and food, in additional to rating averages.
STEP BY STEP:
- Click Operations on the left toolbar.
- Click Feedback at the top of the screen.
