Today we’re giving you a mobile app operations overview from the Hangry dashboard. The mobile app operations tab is going to allow you to make real-time changes to your mobile app straight from your desk. This kind of accessibility is great for quick changes like hours of operations, item prep times, item statuses, etc. There are many features that can be accessed from the operations tab in the dashboard, and changed on the fly. In addition, some features are available on the merchant tablet. This allows for certain tasks to be completed by the kitchen staff.
Having this as an option is great, since there are some thing that front line staff are quicker to see. For example, when the kitchen is low on certain items like toppings. Or if they run out of a particular item. In some cases, it’s best t have staff react quickly by using the tablet. In other cases, the dashboard is the way to go. As you’ll be able to see from the video, there are many options and the flexibility is there for you to make the best decisions based on your operations.
