Today we’re breaking down all the information Hangry’s dashboard provides for your mobile app users. These robust features allow you not only view information about their orders, but also the feedback they’re providing, and more. This accessibility will facilitate informed decisions when it comes to improving your mobile ordering process, creating marketing initiatives, and managing your mobile app rewards store.
View Order History
The Order History tab gives you the ability to view every single order that has been made through your mobile app. In addition to this, you can also search orders by specific mobile users and this is going to give you the ability to see order details. You are able to view a general overview, transaction details, user details, and more.
View Points History
The ability to view points history is useful in many different ways. This tab allows you to see every time your mobile app users individually earn points, and how they earned them. This visibility provides answers to questions or concerns your users might have about how they’re earning points, and can even be used to check fraudulent or abusive behaviour on your app. Lastly, you can use points history to track behavior. By viewing each individual user’s history you can detect patterns such as: how many points an average users earns in a day, what is the most popular app challenge, and more.
View Feedback
Every time one of your mobile app users receives their order, they are able to rate their mobile ordering experience. This includes both the service they received, and their food. Through the Hangry dashboard you are able to view this feedback for each individual restaurant. This includes overall ratings for service and food, in additional to rating averages.
View Message Analytics
Message Analytics allows you to view all engagement information tied to your push messages. You are able to view details like average open rates, total opens, etc. This also includes details on the users who are opening your messages, like their average number of orders. With this information you are able to make informed decisions and tailor your push messages to what your mobile app users want based on their engagement.
View User Events
User Events gives you the ability to see the actions your users are participating in once they log onto your mobile app. For example, if a user makes a mobile order you’ll be able to see which steps they took to get there. You’d also be able to see if they clicked onto the rewards page, if they entered into any contests, etc. The User Events tab will also include the times they participated in these actions and the duration spent on each action as well. This is a great way to gain knowledge on what your users love most about your app, where they’re spending the most time, and what they’re avoiding.
