Hangry’s mobile ordering dashboard has gone through a transformation! Our Dashboard 2.0 retains all of the feature rich functionality (and more) of the original, with an upgraded user interface. Now, users can choose between light or dark mode; and you can add a profile picture + view your own event history from the profile screen.
New & Improved
The UI has had some upgrades, making it cleaner and easier to navigate. It also allows for accessibility via screen readers and tab navigation. Scrolling is now isolated per widget container, as opposed to the full-screen scrolling a table from the previous dashboard. Re-organization with sub-tab logical structure also cuts back on scrolling long forms and keeps all relevant functions together.
Beyond looks, the mobile ordering dashboard 2.0 also has some speed improvements. Initial load and transactions queries are now significantly faster and more efficient, as we have separate API calls and retrieve data only as required. As a result, data retrieval is up to 10x faster for high volume campuses.
Another addition is the global search. It can be used to search for transactions (from any day), and any object in the system – users, campaigns, messages, etc. We’ve also incorporated an auto refresh function. Any section will auto refresh after 5 minutes of inactivity – if you are not on it and then click into it. Thus, issues with stale data when you are in the dashboard for long periods is mitigated.
