You can receive their feedback, send them notifications, remind them that their orders are ready, and so much more. With this kind of transparency, you are able to constantly improve your mobile ordering experience, marketing initiatives, and restaurant customer service. Send a User Notification

A user notification allows you to send a push notification to any person using your mobile app. This feature is great when you’d like to contact one person directly. Once it is sent through the dashboard, it will automatically show up as a message on that user’s mobile device.

Send a Notification to Multiple Users

The Hangry Dashboard allows you to send push notifications in many different ways. You can send a push notification to an individual person, a group of people, or everyone. The Multiple Users function is for sending to specific groups of mobile users. The dashboard allows you to select as many users as you’d like, and send one message to all of them. This feature is great if you’re contacting prize winners, members of a certain program, staff, etc.

Update a Campus Announcement

The Campus Announcement is essential because it is the first thing users see when they open up your app. While keeping it short and sweet, you can populate this section with any important messages that you want your mobile users to see. This can include alerts, advertisements, specials, and more.

Remind a User That Their Order is Ready [Merchant Tablet]

As much as we try to avoid it, there are always going to be those forgetful mobile users who don’t show up to the pickup station on time. Perhaps they forgot they ordered something, or maybe they’re running a little late. In any case, we have created a feature that allows you to remind your users that their order is ready. This feature is done through the Merchant Tablet set up at each restaurant location — so this task will be completed by your restaurant staff members.

View Feedback

Every time one of your mobile users receives their order, they are able to rate their mobile ordering experience.This includes both the service they received, and their food. Through the Hangry Dashboard you are able to view this feedback for each individual restaurant. This includes overall ratings for service and food, in additional to rating averages.

Enable a Special Instructions Box at Checkout

The Special Instructions Box at checkout is going to allow mobile users to add customizations or special instructions to their order before checking out. This can be anything from adding extra sauce to mentioning a dietary concern (allergy, religious restriction, etc). The special instructions box can also be used as a requirement before a user checks out. For example, if an office requires you to enter in your office number before completing your order, the special instructions box can be used for that. It’s very versatile.
