Mobile ordering is all about your users, and with this come mobile ordering analytics. What are they ordering? What time are they ordering? Did they enjoy their experience? Are they re-ordering? With Hangry’s conditions feature, you can access any user group from the dashboard to get an in-depth view of its mobile ordering analytics.
What is a Condition?
A condition is a single query that returns a list of users. Conditions can currently be based on static user properties or details within past orders. If a user or an order they have placed satisfies the condition, then they are returned as part of the group.
Order Example: All users that have ordered a chicken sandwich from Pita Pit.
User Property Example: All users that have been online in the last week.
Group Your Conditions to Make User Segments
Once you have built your user conditions, you can then group them together to create a User Segment.
What is a User Segment?
A segment is a combination of conditions. Segments allow you to use complex rules to create precise groups for analysis. For example: A segment containing all of the users that: (1) have ordered a chicken sandwich from Pita Pit AND (2) have been online in the last week.
Once you have created a User Segment you are able to view informative details from the information you’ve pulled. From here, you can compare and even send messages to user segments.
Send a Segment Notification
Segment Notifications allow you to send messages to targeted groups of users. Examples include: users who have been online in the last 5 days, users who have ordered in the last three days, users who are on level 4, and the list goes on. This also allows for great marketing opportunities through push messaging, because you are able to tailor your messages to certain groups as opposed to sending one mass message.
Compare User Segments
When viewing user segments, the dashboard allows you to view three segments at a time so you can compare analytics and make informed decisions based on your comparisons.
