When it comes to mobile ordering, there is usually a time when a refund needs to be made. Hangry has made the ability to perform a refund quick and easy from the merchant tablet to ensure optimal customer service. It is one of several tasks that requires a manager password. We’ve made this a standard to avoid issues when it comes to accountability. For tasks that would impact the business more significantly, it’s best to have a member of the management team take on the responsibility.
Refunds can also be performed on the backend dashboard from a computer.
STEP BY STEP:
- Click on the order.
- Go to the bottom of the screen and click Refund.
- Type in the Manager Password.
Once this process is the complete, your mobile user will receive a notification letting them know that their order has been refunded.
