Remind a User Their Order is Ready [Merchant Tablet]

As much as we try to avoid it, there are always going to be those forgetful users who don’t show up to the pickup station when we need them to. Perhaps they forgot they ordered something or maybe they’re running a little late. In any case, we have created a feature that allows you to remind your users that their order is ready and waiting at the pickup station for them. This is one of a few messages you’re able to send from the merchant tablet. It’s important for front line staff to have access to some direct communication with customers. Reminding a user their order is ready is one important aspect of the process. Using this feature helps to ensure that users are notified multiple times, which means that the staff are doing their utmost to serve their customers in a timely manner.


  1. From the Merchant Tablet home screen, click History.
  2. From the History tab, select your desired order.
  3. Go down to the bottom of the screen and click Send Message.
  4. Select the message that says, ‘Your order is ready to be picked up!‘ and then click send.

Once you click send, that user will automatically receive a message letting them know again that their order is ready to pick up.
