Team Members

The ability to add new team members allows you grant access to any new individual you would like using the dashboard. We’ve made this process simple and quick so you can add new members any time it is needed. Once a new user is added to the dashboard, they must also be assigned roles. Changing and assigning roles is covered in another video.

However, as a quick reference, there are multiple different roles that can be assigned to members. Thus, the role you choose for individuals depends on their job description, and how involved they will be with the mobile experience. Grant more access to people that are more heavily involved with the mobile operations.


STEP BY STEP:

  1. Click Team on the left toolbar.
  2. Click Add Member at the top of the screen.
  3. Fill in all necessary information (Name, Email, etc)
  4. Click Add Member.

Once you’ve clicked add member, an email with sign-in instructions will automatically be sent to that individual. It is important to note that the new team member will have a default role of ‘member’ which will allow them to view the dashboard only. In order to change this, head to assign roles at the top of the screen.
