How To: Personalize Your Campus App Colors

The ability to personalize your campus app colors is going to allow you to customize the visuals of your mobile app. You can modify buttons, icons, and the overall look of your app so it fits with your theme. For example: Campus Colors, Company logo, etc. Today we are going to be taking you through the editing process to show you how you can personalize your campus app colors. We’ll also provide you with tips to ensure you are choosing the proper color combinations, thus optimizing the visual aspects of the mobile experience.

USER EXPLORER:

1. Click Admin on the left toolbar.
2. Click on Settings at the top of the screen.
3. Move over to the section in the middle use the Color Chart to select your desired colours.
4. Once you’ve selected your color, click the Visual Element from the list that you’d like to apply the color to.
5. Click Save Colors

Notes:

Primary Color must look good on a white background, as this is used for icon tints & buttons with white text. If the text on the Primary Box is white, then you’re good!
If your main campus color is light, consider using “212121” (charcoal) as primary, and using the tabbar and/or navbar to showcase your campus brand.
NavBar = Top Header; TabBar = Bottom with Icons.
