The update profile information tab is going to allow you to reset passwords along with a lot of other things. This includes updating email, meal plan ID, and phone number. As a result, this helps you to quickly update profile information and make changes to better serve your users.
When you are operating a mobile app, one of the most common support questions is, ‘I forgot my password, what should I do?’ Although users have the option to reset their password on the home screen of the app, in many cases users prefer to contact support. Either way, once their password is reset, users will receive an email to the account registered on the app.
STEP BY STEP:
- Click Users on the left toolbar.
- Click Profile Update at the top of the screen.
- Select your Desired User Profile.
- Move to the section to the right, update any necessary information and click the green check mark.
To reset their password, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the section and click the red button labelled, Reset Password.
