Loyalty has been part of Hangry’s mobile ordering platform since its inception. With great feedback from clients, we’ve now upgraded the Loyalty Module to include several exciting new features.
Punch cards are the digital version of what many of us are familiar with – collect a certain number of punches, then earn a reward. For example, buy 4 coffees, get 1 free! Punch cards require that certain cart rules be set in order for users to qualify collecting them. Along with rules for earning punches, there are also redemption rules. All aspects of earning and redeeming are controlled from the dashboard. You may opt to have multiple punch card programs running simultaneously, and allow users to collect on them all. Another great feature is the analytics tab, which highlights the metrics for all your punch cards and the participating users.
The direct rewards allow users to exchange points for certain types of rewards. Rewards can be set up as physical items, digital prizes, or app credit. With the distribution, we support both manual and automatic settings, as well as email confirmation to the user.
We now also allow for dashboard administrators to configure the points across the system. Users earn in several ways, including: points per dollar, reorder bonus, consecutive day bonus, app-open streak, and more. Since users are meant to complete challenges and level up, there is also control over how much points for each action increase with the levels.
As you can see, the Hangry Loyalty Module allows for flexibility and customization – much like the other components of our mobile app solution.
