View In-depth Message Analytics – Hangry’s Mobile Ordering Dashboard

Let’s say you are posting on social media; whether it be a photo or a Facebook post etc. Now, social platforms have the ability to provide analytics for each post. For example, once you post a picture on Instagram, you are able to see how many people are viewing your photos, at what time, engagement rates, etc.

What can I do with this Information? 

With this information you are able to make informed decisions and tailor your push messages to what your users want based on their engagement. You can experiment with post times and dates by analyzing your open rates, you can compare message opens to how many of those users are actually making orders, you can see how many users are going back and re0pening your messages and the list goes on. These analytics are here to help you detect patterns, and adjust your marketing initiatives based on the information you’re receiving. At the end of the day, the push messaging features on the dashboard create a direct line of communication between you and you users; these analytics are there to ensure you can providing your users with the right content, at the right time.
