How To: View Message Analytics

Message Analytics allows you to view all engagement information tied to your push messages. You are able to view details like average open rates, total opens etc. This also includes details on the users who are opening your messages like the average number of orders they are making, how many challenges they’ve completed and more. With this information you are able to make informed decisions and tailor your push messages to what your users want based on their engagement. 


STEP BY STEP:

  1. Click Messages on the left tool bar.
  2. Click Message Analytics at the top of the screen.
  3. Once in Message Analytics, select your Desired Message to view Message Open Metrics.
