The ability to view message analytics shows you all engagement information tied to your push messages. With the ability to view message analytics, you are able to see specific details. This includes average open rates, total opens, etc. It also includes details on the users who are opening your messages. For example average number of orders they are making, how many challenges they’ve completed, etc. With this information you are able to make informed decisions. Consequently, you can tailor your push messages to what your users want based on their engagement. This can include suggesting menu items to try, or offering rewards to frequented locations. You’re also able to use this information to test different types of campaigns to see which ones perform best. One great way to see this is from the reopen rate. A clear indication of an engaging message is one that users open multiple times.
STEP BY STEP:
- Click Messages on the left tool bar.
- Click Message Analytics at the top of the screen.
- Once in Message Analytics, select your Desired Message to view Message Open Metrics.
