Mark Order Ready for Pickup [Merchant Tablet]

Once a user has completed their mobile order, it is the kitchen’s responsibility to mark order ready to pickup once they’ve finished preparing it. Although the process is very simple, it is one of the most necessary steps of the mobile ordering process. Without this step, the user’s won’t know when to head to the pickup station to receive their order. Marking order ready for pickup is the main function that kitchen staff will be performing on the tablet. There are also a few more features, but this is by far the most important.
It’s important to train staff well, so they are familiar with the tablet functions to ensure their success. We provide in depth training, as well as tutorial videos that can be accessed at any time.


  1. When you’ve finished preparing the order, click on it.
  2. Click Order is Ready.

Once you’ve done this, the user will receive a notification letting them know their order is ready to pickup.
