Busy Thresholds

Auto busy thresholds represent the number of orders that will automatically put the restaurant into busy mode. For example, let’s say you set the busy threshold to 100. Then, the system will automatically be put into busy mode once that restaurant hits 100 orders. If you haven’t learned about busy mode and how it improves the ordering process, click here.

UPDATE BUSY THRESHOLD:

  1. Click Operations on the left toolbar.
  2. Next, click Order Flow at the top of the screen.
  3. Select your desired Restaurant Location.
  4. In the middle, head to Update Busy Threshold and enter the number of orders you want the system to hit so it will change to busy mode.

The first input is the total orders in both mobile and on-premise transactions (POS). The next two represent the individual controls for mobile and POS. If you put “0” for any box, that threshold will be ignored.
