How To: Update a Campus Announcement

The Campus Announcement is essential because it is the first thing users see when they open up your app. While keeping it short and sweet, you can populate this section with any important messages that you want your users to see. This can include alerts, advertisements, specials, and more. 


STEP BY STEP:

  1. Click Messages on the left toolbar.
  2. Click Global Notification at the top of the screen.
  3. Head to the section on the right where is says Update Campus Announcement.
  4. Fill in whatever message you’d like to include.
  5. Click Update Announcement.

Once you’ve updated the announcement, it will automatically change on the home screen of the user’s mobile device. You can change this announcement whenever you’d like, making it an ideal space for weekly specials, urgent alerts, and more.
