Update Hours of Operation

You always want to ensure your mobile app lists the correct hours of operation for each restaurant. These hours can be updated at any time from the dashboard, and we’ve even included an offset option. Offset is going to determine when mobile ordering is disabled. For example, let’s say your restaurant closes at 9pm. You likely don’t want to experience a bunch of orders right before you close for the night. In this case, you would set your offset to 15 minutes. As a result, mobile ordering will be disabled at 8:45. This is going to prevent an influx of orders right before closing time, while still being able to list the correct hours of operation on your mobile app.

We typically recommend starting with a 15 minute offset, but this can be changed at any time. Certain location get a lot of traffic.  Thus, a higher offset time may be the best solution. In other cases, locations may only need to set a 5 or 10 minute offset. As you can see, it’s a very flexible option that can be set based on operations to ensure success.


  1. Click Operations on the left toolbar.
  2. Next, click on Hours at the top of the screen.
  3. Select your Desired Restaurant Location.
  4. Update the hours and offset for each day using the 24-hour clock.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click Update Hours.

Hours of operation can be updated at any time for holidays, exams, emergencies etc. Also ensure your hours are set using the 24-hour lock.
