Do you currently have a user who is experiencing problems verifying their phone number on your mobile app? You can fix the issue in just a few simple steps from the Hangry dashboard. The main reason you’d want to verify a user’s phone number is to ensure there’s no funny business going on. When you verify a user’s phone number, you’re guaranteeing that they are in fact a real person. It also ensures that each individual is only able to fully create one account. If they try to create a second one, they will get an error upon trying to register.
On your end, the dashboard is also intuitive and know whether a phone number has been registered previously. Thus, users are more likely to have only one account and avoid confusion. In case they do end up making multiple accounts, you can always consolidate their points balance and delete duplicated. STEP BY STEP:
- Click Users on the left tool bar.
- Click Explorer at the top of the screen.
- Use the Search Bar to find your Desired User.
- Click on the profile, move to the section to the right and scroll down until you see Verify Phone.
- Click Verify Phone.
Once you click Verify Phone, the user’s phone number will automatically be verified and they will be able to use the mobile app without issues.
