Do you currently have a user who is experiencing problems verifying their phone number on your mobile app? You can fix the issue in just a few simple steps from the Hangry dashboard.
STEP BY STEP:
- Click Users on the left tool bar.
- Click Explorer at the top of the screen.
- Use the Search Bar to find your Desired User.
- Click on the profile, move to the section to the right and scroll down until you see Verify Phone.
- Click Verify Phone.
Once you click Verify Phone, the user’s phone number will automatically be verified and they will be able to use the mobile app without issues.
